In a Kundalini Yoga class we activate the flow of energy through your body creating change in your physical body through postures and change to your mindset through breath or Prana.
Through practicing Kundalini you will feel a sense of clarity in your mind , a lightness in your body and a sense of profound bliss. As I guide you through each class we will focus on
opening your heart centre which allows you to feel that sense of self that we tend to lose through our busy lives and our use of technology . We will find a place of peace.

Each class will focus on either a gland, organ , body system or an emotion. We may also concentrate on a theme for a few classes to really create positive change.
